As part of this, we invited Navneet Kapoor for an interview with Brilliant Read Media. To say further, Navneet is an Entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Astika Wellness Private Ltd. Let’s learn more about his background, inspiring journey so far and his advice for our growing community!

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Navneet:

Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?

A Science Graduate from St. Stephen’s College Delhi University.
Spent over 25 years in Advertising as Copywriter. Somewhere in between had problems of diabetes, blood pressure and heart. This led to looking for a solution that could result in a medicine-free life.

In 2017 met Swami Raj Vibhu – Kumbhak Yogi. I learned Kumbhak therapy practices from him. Was able to come off all medicines. Co-founded Astika Wellness Pvt. Ltd with Swami Raj Vibhu.

In 2019 started online Kumbhak therapy courses for the Reversal of Diabetic Problems. Currently running online Kumbhak therapy courses for Diabetes, BP & Heart Issues, Thyroid & Hormonal problems, Respiratory Ailments and Cancer.

How did you discover your passion?

My own experience of dealing with diabetes, BP and heart issues led me to seek something that helps me come out of the problems as well as medicine.

‘Astika Wellness Private Ltd’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please. Our audience would also love to know what kind of problem you are solving?

Astika means boundless. The organization is committed to empowering people with chronic conditions so that their dependence on chemical medicine is reduced and removed.

Our Solution – Kumbhak Therapy involves specialized breathhold methods designed by Swami Raj Vibhu to strengthen the system against a chronic ailment and the adverse effects of chemical medicine.

The two pillars of Kumbhak Therapy are:

1. Prana Shakti Diagnosis – the world’s first non-medical diagnosis to determine the root cause of problems in a system.

2. Customised solutions based on the root cause diagnosis. This is not a one size fits all therapy.

Despite the challenges, what keeps you going when things get tough?

Our concept and approach are new. In fact, it does not fit into existing narratives for understanding and curing chronic ailments.

Overcoming and opening mindsets is a challenge that we have and will continue to face for a long time.

What keeps me going is my own experience with the therapy along with the experiences of many others who have benefitted. In other words, the solution that we are offering is needed by the world. It is a sure way to build strength against chronic ailments efficiently.

So, it is not despite the challenges, it is because of the challenges that one keeps going on.

What are the three most important lessons you have learned in your life?

> Humility – to accept that success is not because of me alone. I can only play a part in it.

> Taking Responsibility for whatever happens. Which means the ability to respond to every situation.

> Embracing failure – it’s a vital step to success.

What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?

Working on empowering the self with knowledge, skills and understanding of the market and human environment.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

1) Being Alert and aware of what’s happening around.

2) More action than analysis and overthinking.

3) Not paying attention to what others will say or think.

What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?

– Choose what you wish to do without getting influenced by anyone or anything.

– What truly matters to you will matter to the world.

– Enjoy the failures along with success.

– Learn to ride change.

– Don’t give up…ever.

Last but not least, what about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?

When we started we were penniless. Today we are a team of about 25 people and have touched over 200000 people with various programs. So far we have not borrowed any capital from anyone.

The most satisfying and exciting part is that despite a new way to treat chronic ailments the kind of trust our participants place in us is a matter of pride, joy and it is humbling.
